2006 coincides with eighteenth year of Megaron’s life


The History has been and still is our inspiring muse, but also immagination, helpfull  to take ideas which needed to be regenerated  as well as the reason that helped us to discover often the right answers.
This approach cautious and careful has brought back to light the whole production of ancient roman mosaic, so much varied to allow endless keys of reading of all the following executions.
Megaron has taked the first steps in this field paying the right tribute to the latin world, from which Megaron has drawn criterions and logics.
Such cultural legacy has daily permeated our activity and also the subdivision of Megaron production has been named accordingly to the denominations of ancient techniques. Megaron reproposes a range of hand made patterns, differen to each others for technique applied, materials and complexity of subject than , as said, catalogued accordino to the ancient denominations (opus tessellatum, opus vermiculatum,opus musivum, opus sectile, opus signinum, opus lapilli, etc…)
